APCOB
COMPUTERIZATION
APCOB has computerised all its Branches and Head Office under Core Banking Solution (CBS) during the year 2002. APCOB has also installed 4 ATMs at various locations twin cdities and one at Tirupathi and planning to install 10 more ATMs in phased manner.
APCOB has also introduced "Any Branch Banking" (ABB) which will facilitate the customers to operate on their Accounts from any Branch.
COMPUTERIZATION IN DCCBs
APCOB
has got developed a Common Software for use of District Cooperative Central
Banks for computerising the Back Office Functions of the Dist Coop Central Banks
as these functions are unique and would not be covered under any TBA Package.
The Software thus developed is implemented at Krishna DCC Bank &
Eluru DCC Bank on pilot basis.
This
DCCB Common software contains two parts i.e., DCCB Branch Office Software and
DCCB Head Office Software. This
software covers all the loan modules, FAS, MIS, PACS module etc.
Subsequently the software for DCCB Ho to APCOB connectivity and Kisan
Credit Card module were also developed. DCCB
Common software i.e., both Head Office software and Branch Office software were
implemented at the branches of Krishna District cooperative central Bank Ltd
Machilipatnam and District cooperative central bank ltd., Eluru
and its Head Offices.
The
software covers the core functions of DCC Banks and does not cover the front
office functions like Savings Bank, Current Account etc., However the total
scroll figures of SB and other front office accounts will reflect in the Day
book under the present software. If
at a later date Front office Software is developed and integrated with the back
office software which will not only help
in achieving the commonality in the software of DCC Banks but also
will ultimately help in getting the data in uniform model under
Connectivity Project at State level in APCOB.
