The objective of APCOB is to set a faster pace for agricultural and rural development in the state of Andhra Pradesh through the medium of cooperatives. To this end, it has formulated and is implementing various schemes of refinance through the DCCBs for lending through the cooperatives to various critical sectors in the State's economy.
